1)  To qualify for full credit, cancellations must be made via phone by 5:00 p.m., the Wednesday before the trip.

2)  Call Williams Ski & Patio at 847-831-4300 option 6, and speak to snowflake club customer service or leave a voice message. (store hours Mon-Sat 9:30-5:30, Thurs til 8:00pm, Sun. 12:00-5:00)

3)  All cancellations will be issued as a credit to your credit card and will be posted the next business day.

4)  Cancellations placed after the sign up deadline will incur a $20.00 late cancellation fee.  Cancellations will be accepted up to and including the trip date only.  Please leave a voice message.

5)  No refunds will be issued for cancellations placed after the trip date. Membership fees are not refundable.
